The Challenge: The Curved Glass Problem
A French perfume house wanted a gold-plated metal label. However, the labels kept popping off the curved glass bottles due to metal memory, and glue residue ruined the aesthetic.
The Solution: Material Science
Alloy Change: We switched to 1100-0 (Dead Soft) Aluminum. This alloy has zero memory and hugs the glass curvature permanently.
Undersized Adhesive: We die-cut the adhesive 0.2mm smaller than the label to prevent bleeding.

The Result:
• Adhesion: 100% retention on glass after 48-hour thermal cycling.
• Sustainability: Fully recyclable aluminum tag.
